The LORD Almighty is truly with us.
He is our refuge and our shield.
In times of troubles we are brave
for His goodness is revealed.
He is always ready to help us,
for we are His chosen ones.
May we always be faithful to Him,
until our days on earth are done.

Even if the earth will tremble;
mountains falling into the ocean deep,
Even when we hear the roaring
and the raging of the seas,
Sing our praises to our Creator.
Let our praise reach our God above.
For the LORD will shelter His people from all harm,
for He is Love.

2 So we will not be afraid, even if the earth is shaken and mountains fall into the ocean depths;
3 even if the seas roar and rage, and the hills are shaken by the violence.
1 God is our shelter and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.

“VIRGINIA”

Victoriously, our dear Lolama, has finished this life
In service to our Father, and to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Reassured, we truly are, we will see her again, for
God’s promise of eternal life will be given to us in the end.
In the meantime, we her loved ones, will continue on,
Never forgetting what she taught us, to keep our faith strong.
It will soon come; we will once more be together.
And when that moment comes, we will be with our Almighty Father.

And like my grandmother’s name, which is simple, yet so beautiful, I wanted to thank my friend Krystle Mae Eveza of Bloomeria Floral Designs for the flowers she gave me today. It brightened my day! :)

In this world of turmoil;
In this world of uncertainties,
There is an man chosen to lead us,
A man who guards our victory.

When our life is filled with sorrow;
When we’re in our lowest low,
He sends us messages of hope,
That our faith in God will grow.

With the strength from our dear Father,
He reminds us to stand strong,
Leading us with inspiration,
Inspiring us to carry on.

To our LORD be ever faithful,
And our life to God entrust.
Praise Him with a heart rejoicing,
For the man He has sent to us.

He will never cease to lead us
With God’s everlasting light.
He guides us with the words of our dear God
To help us fight;  Fight the good fight!
He will defend the honor of our LORD
Until the very end of days.
He is the leader of the Church of Christ.
He is the guardian of our faith.

There are moments in life when we’re tempted to do wrong.
Yet those are the moments we must all remain strong.
We must pass through these tests and we must succeed.
For in the end, we’ll be judge for our works and our deeds.
Some may think they can hide the evil that is done.
But know, all shall be revealed on that day soon to come.
For no one can lie before the eyes of our Lord.
Our Father is just, so take heed of His words.

Here is a poem I’ve been thinking about during our travels and meeting our fellow brethren. I love the brotherhood in the INC! With God’s help I’ve been able to complete it before we leave Dubai tomorrow heading to the Philippines for 5 days. :D. I hope you enjoy it po!

We Are Brothers and Sisters

Though we may be far apart from one another
Separated by miles and miles of land and distant waters
With God’s love we are united as one
Being members of the church of God’s beloved Son.

We are the chosen ones, my sisters and my brothers.
We are the witnesses of God’s glory and His power.
And so it is our faith we must always defend
For this is our true wealth from now, until the end.

Always remember we are never on our own.
We have a Savior who will take us to our heavenly home.
And if in this world, we no longer see one another,
We have faith that in heaven we will again, be together.

We are brothers and sisters
Under the grace of our Father’s hand
Though we may speak in different languages
Though we may live in different lands
The Church of Christ continues to spread
From kingdom to kingdom and from nation to nation.
Together we will attain God’s promise,
Of the everlasting life,
On the day of our salvation.

Yup! That is pretty awesome!!

When this world brings much confusion and the storms of life roll in
Bringing along with it a fog so thick that it suffocates me within
I call on my Creator to give me the faith from up above
To overcome all obstacles, for all things are possible with His love.

I always pray for His inspiration and for His guiding light.
And with no doubt I know that God will bless me in this life.
So I must try my best to always please Him until the end,
For my Father will forever be, my God, my greatest Friend.

The Strength of Our Hearts

Though we may be hard pressed in every side,
Though our bodies may waste away in this troubled life,
We will never be crushed and we will never be in despair.
For we know deep in our hearts, the love of God is always there.

Remain firm in our faith. Put our trust in our LORD.
Believe the promise HE made and have hope in HIS Word.
And with humbleness plead that from HIM, never to part,
For our FATHER, our GOD is the strength of our hearts.

Every battle we face we know is a battle won.
Any hardships and trials given, we shall overcome.
There is nothing to lose and there is so much more to gain.
In the Church of Christ is where we must always remain!

Always hope against hope. Let us never give in.
For, through Christ, we were granted remission of sins,
This is proof we are loved, even from the very start
A blessing from our FATHER who is the strength of our hearts.

Thank You Father, for Your kindness,
That I truly see and feel each day.
LORD, you always show your mercy.
LORD, you hear me every time I pray.

I Am Thankful For You

I knew that you were special,
A blessing from the Lord,
An answer to my prayers,
In this dark and lonely world.
Though your music filled my life
With such love and inspiration,
What touched me most of all,
Was your faith and dedication.

You helped me realize just how beautiful this world could be.
You remind me to always trust in God, to love Him constantly.
Hardships and trials may come, but we’ll be brave.
