Earlier today, I had this void feeling because we said our goodbyes to my grandmother. Lolama was buried today. However, the day ended with me feeling so blessed and full of happiness because God gave me the opportunity to be around people who I care about and people who care about me. I am truly blessed.
I was speaking with Ryan a few hours hour ago, reminiscing about my childhood days. I spoke about how thankful to God I am for blessing me with wonderful family, relatives, and friends. I am so fortunate to have grown up with such wonderful people. I may not be rich materially, but I realize that God has made me rich in so many other ways. I am so thankful. I feel so blessed.
I know that no matter what may come along the way, God will always be there… And during moments when I feel loneliness, He will fill my heart with so much joy. He will help me to remember that even during the darkest moments in life, I am truly blessed.
