On my 4th day here in the Philippines, I hung out with my cousin ate Virma. We went to SM Santa Mesa to buy some pasalubongs for my family back home in CA. I bought barongs for my bros and my dad and a nice top for my mom. I also got shirts for Janice and Benson. Then I bought rain sticks! One for me and one for my boss, Dixie.
After shopping, Ryan, Daben, ate Virma and I ate a Max’s Restaurant where we ordered a feast. I was surprised we actually finished everything! After lunch, we headed back to Ryan’s parents home to prepare for the worship service. We decided to attend the worship service in central temple.
I haven’t attended in central temple for so many years! I was really excited to finally attend and I’m glad ate Virma was able to attend with us too. Even though she lives in P.I. she told me its been awhile since she attended there, so it was a treat for both of us. I was in awe once I got inside. The choir members sounded so heavenly! The lesson that was taught was inspiring and it felt like my thirsting soul was quenched again.
I am so very thankful for these simple joys that God continues to give me and my husband Ryan. I can’t even express how happy, inspired, and thankful I feel.. I wish I can let everyone feel how I feel.. how my heart feels…
