My name is Joan Solitario and I'm a photographer :)

I did not find photography and photography did not find me. Instead, I believe it was a gift from God. He gave me the opportunity to learn photography so that I can help people capture their memories. Most of all, I can use this gift for His glory.

Photography has given me the opportunity to meet and get to know so many wonderful people! It has also given me the opportunity to photograph events that has helped in strengthening my faith. These events have also given me inspiration and memories that will truly last a lifetime! Hopefully, I can inspire someone by sharing these memories through my posts.

I believe that everything that has happened in my life; everything that I have experienced; and every single person that I have met in my life were all part of God's plan for me. So, unto Him, I return all praise, honor, and glory.

We have a new website design!!! Yay!!! Yay!!! Yay!!

After three years of wanting a flash website for this photography business of mine, es-sense finally has one!

We had a couple of options as to what programs to use to create this flash site of ours, but in the end, we decided to go with WIX.

Wix is a fabulous web based flash website creator! It took awhile for me to get the hang of it, but when I finally understood the mechanics (and it’s really not that difficult), it was so easy to make my own site pretty much from scratch.. without having to learn the flash program! You can even create a free website! Oh! If you decide to get the premium membership account it, they are having a special limited time offer: Purchase their eCommerce plan for only $15.90/mo for the first 6 months. This offer ends September 1!
